Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editorial design, both in digital and print (magazine/publishing) formats, as well as a solid understanding of motion graphics and CMS software. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand and engage our audience across various platforms. Additionally, the designer will work on a variety of marketing projects that range from presentations to media kits, invitations, social media graphics, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality visual content and layouts for printed magazine and digital platforms, including magazines, websites, social media, and email campaigns.

Develop and execute editorial layouts that are visually appealing and align with the brand’s guidelines and overall aesthetics.

Prepare final files for print by following industry-standard pre-press guidelines.

Upload editorial content to website and use CMS templates to produce engaging content.

Create motion graphics and animations to be used in websites, digital marketing, social media, and presentations.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design outputs.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Collaborate with other team members to develop concepts and designs that effectively communicate key messages.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technology to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

Approximately 5-7 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on editorial design for both print and digital media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and other relevant design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of editorial design work.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a passion for design.

Good communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.

 

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience using CMS templates.

Proficiency in Motion Graphics principals and software.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles.

Experience with video editing software and/or 3D design is a plus.
