Our team is looking for a skilled and passionate visual/digital designer to help strengthen our performance marketing output—a unique opportunity to directly impact the success and revenue of a multibillion-dollar global tech brand.
As part of this fast-paced, fast-growing team you’ll be creating compelling, effective, high-quality digital ad content that’ll be seen by millions. You’ll be instrumental in supporting multi-platform marketing campaigns—working cross-functionally between Creative, Product Marketing, Content, and Growth Department stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a natural born creative problem solver with the ability to execute an idea with quick, refined results. Equal parts rock-solid design foundation and curious solution seeker.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Growth team and Creative leadership, you’ll be a hands-on maker/creator of the social ad content that drives our growth. Primarily focused on digital advertising and performance marketing.
- You’ll be creating paid media and social advertising assets from start to finish (including messaging), and their related production aspects like resizing, photomanipulation, and sometimes writing.
- Making social ads of all kinds, primarily static, but also helping with motion/video when needed.
- Making sure all ads in the performance group are adhering to brand guidelines.
- You’ll collaborate on your own executional ideas, as well as helping refine and execute other’s ideas.
- A key contributor in helping define growth marketing related ad strategies and the real-time experimentation based on closely monitored performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of visual design experience in a design, in a Performance or Growth Marketing setting.
- A portfolio of work showcasing a strong multidisciplinary approach to visual design and creative problem solving.
- You’re a visual design machine—able to ‘make assets work’ through clever photo manipulation and a crafty spirit.
- You’re curious and a critical thinker—focussing on what makes the most compelling piece of communication.
- Able to work effectively, and often autonomously, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Ability and mindset to create, iterate, and help strategize on performance-based results.
- Do you live and breathe social and love to make content for it? Big plus.
